Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Develops, implements, and leads production operations across all automation shifts and schedules to maintain adequate inventory levels, maximize production efficiencies, and meet customer fulfillment requirements. Collaborates with site leadership and Home Office teams to develop weekly production plans that align with utilization goals and service level expectations. Drives strategies to ensure production quality by communicating issues and discrepancies to teams and leadership, reporting changes in schedules, forecasts, and inventory (for example, shortages, overages, expedites). Utilizes multiple software systems to manage and track inventory, cycle time, and pallets designated for delivery to stores and clubs.Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.
Analyzes site performance and variances to identify process improvement opportunities.
Coordinates planned downtime windows with maintenance.
Monitors and improves key performance indicators (KPIs) (for example, OEE, throughput, fault rates, cost per case).
Collaborates with cross-functional partners to resolve inventory issues.
Drives the execution of multiple business and financial plans and projects.
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years’ experience in warehouse automation systems and operational KPIs or 2 years’ experience leading operations across multiple shifts.Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (for example, Power BI, Tableau and AI tools).
Bachelor’s degree in business or related area or equivalent experience in operations/distribution/logistics/retail OR 3 year's experience as a Walmart Supply Chain Operations Manager supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing associate workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of associates OR 3 years' experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload
