What is the 7-day money-back guarantee?
If your featured listing receives fewer than 5 applicant clicks within 7 days of going live, we'll refund your payment. No questions asked. Email jobs@secargowork.com.
What counts as an applicant click?
A click is recorded when a job seeker clicks "Apply Now" or "Email to Apply" on your listing. We track this server-side — it's not based on cookies or browser signals.
How does featured placement work?
Featured jobs are pinned above all standard listings on the main job board, metro pages, and category pages. They also appear in the homepage rotation and the next scheduled job alert email sent to subscribers in your region.
Do I need an account to post?
Yes — a free employer account is required. It takes under two minutes to create. Your account lets you manage listings, track views and apply clicks, and repost or duplicate past jobs.
Can I upgrade a live posting to Featured?
Not yet — the upgrade flow is on our roadmap. For now, you can duplicate an active listing and choose Featured at posting time. Contact us at jobs@secargowork.com and we can manually upgrade for you.
