We are looking for a driven, proactive In-House Sales Representative to join our team onsite. In this role, you will drive business growth by prospecting new accounts through cold calling, cultivating relationships with wholesale trade clients, and managing our sales database. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience. A background in retail showrooms for wholesale florals, and an understanding of high-volume market hubs like AmericasMart is a PLUS. Experience in FLORALS is a PLUS.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Perform consistent cold outreach and active prospecting to convert floral designers, event planners, and retail buyers into active clients.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain and update the client sales database to track interactions, follow-ups, lead statuses, and order histories.
- Showroom & In-House Sales: Walk wholesale buyers through our showroom, showcasing product lines, making recommendations, and closing sales on-site.
- Account Retention: Nurture existing client relationships to increase repeat orders, drive account expansion, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Market Event Participation: Assist with high-volume sales initiatives during major trade shows and market events, particularly during peak floral industry markets (e.g., AmericasMart).
