Responsibilities:
-Daily department management — allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
-Guiding, coaching, and supporting associates to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
-Owning the execution of Standard Work routines within the department
-Policy follow-up and attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline)
-Tracking and reporting ATS/labor hours and associate performance
-Training associates and verifying SOP compliance
-Leading the team to maintain 5S standards
-Identifying and addressing safety hazards and participating in safety initiatives
-Participating in Operational Excellence initiatives
-Filling in with production duties as needed
-Ensuring employee productivity is maximized and customer expectations are met
The PA is at the intersection between associate-level work and salaried management, and is accountable for department performance during their shift with a high degree of ownership and urgency.
- Work 10 hour shifts as needed
- Experience with Amazon (blue badge/FTE)

- High school diploma or equivalent- Work 10 hour shifts as needed

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
