Are you a skilled machinist who takes pride in precision metal fabrication? We’re looking for a sharp Press Brake / CNC Turret Punch Operator to join a top-tier manufacturing facility.
If you know how to read drawings, dial in settings, and keep machines running like a charm, we want to talk to you. You’ll be setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC production equipment to produce high-quality parts with tight tolerances.

What You’ll Do
- Set Up & Operate: Mastermind the setup and daily operation of CNC Press Brakes and/or Turret Punches.
- Blueprint Precision: Read, interpret, and work directly from shop drawings to hit exact specifications.
- Program & Adjust: Tweak and fine-tune program settings as needed for seamless production runs.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished parts like a pro using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
- Machine Care: Perform routine equipment maintenance to keep the shop running smoothly and safely.
- Proven Experience: Solid background in CNC set-up and operation (Press Brake or Turret Punch experience is strongly preferred).
- Setup Capability: Ability to handle your own setups independently from day one.
- Tool & Measurement Savvy: Deep understanding of metalworking tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Eye for Detail: High standards for quality, strong problem-solving skills, and solid communication.

- Understanding and interpreting press brake shop drawings to perform a variety of machining operations to specific tolerances.
- Develop and adjust program settings as required
- Check dimensions on finished parts using a variety of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, gauges, and calipers
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Press Brake and/or CNC set-up and operation
- Several years of related experience; press brake or turret punch experience preferred.
- Ability to set up respective machine.
- Knowledge of tools and measuring instruments.
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
