Assistant Clinic Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Clinic Operations Manager to lead daily general clinic and staff operations across our assigned care locations. In this key leadership role, you will partner directly with executive leadership, physicians, and cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives that drive process improvement, maintain regulatory compliance, and support positive P&L growth. Responsibilities

• Clinic & Operational Leadership: Oversee daily clinic operations and staff performance, establishing scalable goals, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the department.
  
  
• Strategic Project Management: Lead key operational initiatives directed by executive leadership (Director of Operations/COO) to optimize processes and drive positive P&L growth.
  
  
• Team Development & Performance: Act as a central liaison between leadership and staff, driving performance improvement through structured training programs, continuous coaching, and objective evaluations.
  
  
• Cross-Functional & Clinical Collaboration: Partner with physicians and administrative teams to ensure clinical workflows align with regulatory standards, quality care, and organizational mission.
  
  
• Workforce & Vendor Management: Collaborate with HR and Scheduling to maintain optimal staffing across all assigned clinic locations while overseeing third-party vendor services to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  
  
• Data Analytics & Fiscal Reporting: Aggregate, analyze, and present key operational data and statistical metrics to support financial planning and executive decision-making.
  
  
• Directed multi-site clinic operations and staff performance by implementing strategic department goals, operational policies, and workflow systems.
  
  
• Served as the primary liaison between executive leadership and staff, authoring comprehensive training frameworks and managing performance evaluation cycles.
