Our client is seeking an experienced, high-impact Front Desk Operations Manager to lead statewide clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) front-office operations across Georgia. Based out of our administrative office in Lawrenceville and reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, this full-time, exempt role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, establishing standard policies, and optimizing patient intake workflows. In this high-visibility position, you will serve as a key trainer and eClinicalWorks (eCW) super user, partnering closely with physicians, HR, and clinical managers to mentor front-desk teams, manage multi-site staffing, and execute strategic initiatives that support positive P&L growth. Responsibilities
- Departmental Leadership: Oversee clinic and ASC front desk operations, establishing goals, policies, standard operating procedures, and workflow systems.
- Process Improvement & P&L Impact: Execute strategic initiatives assigned by the Director of Clinic Operations or COO to optimize workflows and support profitability.
- Staff Performance & Training: Act as the central liaison between leadership and staff; develop structured training frameworks, evaluate performance, and drive employee development.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with physicians, Administration, and the Medical Assistant Operations Manager to ensure clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and interdepartmental synergy.
- Workforce & Vendor Logistics: Coordinate with HR and Scheduling to maintain adequate multi-location staffing while managing third-party vendor operations.
- Analytics & Fiscal Reporting: Collect, evaluate, and report statistical and operational data to support business planning.
- Ability to serve as a super user and core trainer for eClinicalWorks (eCW).
